Ordering Procedures
The
steps to acquiring your own original WoodScript are as follows:
- Call us at 1.719.266.6550, or inquire through e-mail
at the bottom of this page.
- A preliminary Design
Questionnaire must be completed from which we will give you
an approximate cost estimate. This Design Questionnaire
will be filled out by us when you make your first call, or you
may complete
the form on-line and send it to us. We will contact you if
information needs to be clarified.
- Once you receive a free Preliminary Cost Estimate, you may initiate
the process of designing and drawing your WoodScript by paying
an initial non-refundable $150.00 set-up/design fee.
This fee will be applied to the final cost.
- We will send to you a WoodScript design/drawing based on the
information which you have provided us in the preliminary Design
Questionnaire. We will continue to make alterations, at no additional
cost, to your WoodScript design/drawing until it meets with your
full satisfaction.
- When you are satisfied with the design/drawing, and are ready
to proceed, we will enter into a Fixed Price Agreement.
- Work will begin on your WoodScript when we receive ½
of the Fixed Price Agreement.
- When our work is finished we will send to you a photo of your
completed WoodScript and await final payment. Because all work
is custom, all payments are non-refundable.
- Your WoodScript will arrive beautifully presented in satin and
velvet.
